Abstract
With the development of the economy and the progress of the society, more and more enterprises begin to pay much attention to the management of human resources. Talent is very important to the development of an enterprise, and choose what recruitment methods to select talent needs to be considered carefully for the enterprise, because different recruitment methods means different quantity and different quality of job seekers. Considering the enterprise¡¯s demand of high-end talent, the Liepin Website what is committed to provide high-end talent in the interactive development platform was born.
Based on the Liepin Website as the research object, this paper comprehensive uses theoretical analysis, the methods of literature analysis and survey research, explores the talent recruitment function of the Liepin Website. First of all, analyse the talent recruitment function of the Liepin Website and sum up the existing problems; Secondly, based on the research of the data and theory to discuss the cause of the problem; Finally, put forward the effective and feasible countermeasures to provide suggestions for improving the talent recruitment function of the Liepin Website.
