摘 要:该毕业设计是对对偶式双柱塞高压清洗泵设计。高压清洗泵通过柱塞的水平直线(径向)位移在液缸工作腔内的往复运动,改变柱塞封闭容腔的大小以进行吸水与排水从而将机械能转变成液压能。此种泵的流量只取决于工作腔容积变化值及在单位时间内的变化次数(频率),而在理论上与排出压力无关。高压清洗泵以有压液体作为动力源,具有效率高、吸入性好、输送介质广泛等优点。
本次设计是通过对已知数据的分析以及参考相关资料完成的,该高压清洗泵系双缸单作用泵,主要由动力端的液压缸和柱塞往复泵液力端部分组成。通过对其泵筒、泵阀等零部件及整机进行具体的分析和计算,以及其他非标件的经验设计,完成了本次的设计任务。

The Design of Hydraulically-actuated Reciprocating Pump

Abstract: This graduation project is to the hydraulically-actuated reciprocating pump design. The reciprocating pump is draws support the piston/plunger in fluid cylinder work cavity reciprocal motion, causes the work cavity volume to have the periodic variation toachieve the transportation liquid the goal. It is the equipment transforms the mechanical energy as the fluid pressure energy. This kind pumps the current capacity is only decided by the work cavity volume change value and in the unit time change number of times, and in theoretically has nothing to do with the delivery pressure. Hydraulic reciprocating pump is driven by variable pumps and pressure liquid. In oil drilling, oil field injection of chemical agents hydraulically-actuated reciprocating pump play an irreplaceable role. However, the conventional single-acting piston triplex reciprocating pump too bulky, difficult to maintain, and has a high flow inequality. It has less function to be used for current industrial development.
This design through completes to the known data analysis aswell as the reference correlation data, this hydraulically-actuated reciprocating pump is the three-cylinder single-acting pump, mainly partially is composed by the fluid body and the Hydraulic cylinder. Through its pump tube, valve and other parts and complete machine for specific analysis and calculation, has completed this design task.
