摘要：推进企业信息化，是我国企业在现代信息技术发展和国际信息化浪潮的推动下，适应全球经济一体化趋势和我国社会主义市场经济发展的需要，在知识经济时代抓住机遇、强化和发展自己的必然抉择。但是，我国企业的信息化建设，又是在我国经济还比较落后、企业各方面基础薄弱且相互间发展不平衡的情况下进行的，面临的困难和实际问题很多。 企业信息化的目标直接对其信息化策略产生影响。从经营的角度看，企业信息化是为了获得足够的投资收益，或降低其他业务的运作成本。

Abstract:
Advance enterprise informationization, of our country enterprises under modern information technical development and international information-based the pushes of tideseses, meet the global economic integration trend and need of socialist market economic development of our country, seize the opportunity, strengthen and develop one's own inevitable choice in the era of knowledge-driven economy. However, the information construction of the enterprise of our country, carry on under economy of our country also relatively backward, enterprise of various fields foundation weak and developping unevenly situations each others, There are a lot of the difficulty faced and practical problems. The goal of the enterprise informationization exerts an influence to its information-based tactics directly. From the point of view of ones that manage, informationization for obtaining enough investment return enterprise, reduce other the operation costs of businesses.
