1.起动机额定功率参数的选择
1.1 起动机驱动发动机的最低工作转速。
起动机必须具有使发动机发动的最低工作转速,即为起动机的额定转速,而起动机的额定功率P决定于发动机的最低起动转速(单位:r/min)和起动阻力钜(单位:Nm),即:P≥(×)/9549.3KW。
发动机一经确定,发动机的启动阻力矩和最低起动转速也就已经确定。根据汽化条件,汽油发动机在0~20度时的最低起动转速一般为35 r/ min~40 r/ min ,为了在更低的温度下保证起动的可靠性及考虑各种损耗 ,以便在第 1 次爆震后能使发动机正常工作 ,一般取汽油发动机的最低起动转速为50r/ min~70 r/ min ; 柴油发动机靠压缩点火 ,最低的起动转速要高一些。因为转速低时,由于压缩时间长 , 散热、漏气增加 ,就会使压缩行程终了时空气温度降低,使燃料不易点燃 ,所以柴油机的最低起动转速比汽油机要高,其值随发动机形式的不同而不同, 一般为 100 r/ min ~200 r/ min , 再根据选择好的起动机驱动齿轮与发动机的齿环的最佳传动比i (如奥迪轿车的最佳传动比为 1511) ,即可计算出起动机驱动发动机的最低驱动转速 。即:
