This design through the thorough market investigation and study and the data eva luation, analyzed the project to construct the region the market condition and the prospect, provided has conformed to project market localizations and so on market demand product design proposal, selling price forecast for the project development.In carries on the understanding to the same type project, as well as the project peripheral situation understanding, based on the real estate items of basic construction economic eva luation and the investment appraisal basic theory, the use project economic eva luation and the appraisal general method and the target. This design is the author achievement studies for a four years summary and the ponder, carries on a utilization and the practice regarding the study knowledge, also discovered and raises had problems, and has pondered the solution earnestly.
